The Gatan 3View systems use special sample pins or sample plates. Serial slicing and BSD imaging are used to generate 3D image data of samples using the pins in SEMs. These sample pins (1.4mm) are particularly suitable for a flat sample area.
These pins are fully compatible with the Gatan 3View systems; 2 mm pin, 3 mm head with conical tip and total height of 12.5 mm. Manufactured from vacuum compatible aluminum.

Die Gatan 3View Systeme verwenden spezielle Probenstifte bzw. Probenteller. Durch serielles Slicing und BSD-Bildgebung werden mittels der Stifte in REMs 3D-Bilddaten von Probenzu erzeugt. Diese Probenstifte (1,4mm) eignen sich besonders bei einem flachen Probenbereich.
Diese Stifte sind vollständig kompatibel mit den Gatan 3View Systemen; 2 mm Stift, 3 mm Kopf mit konischer Spitze und Gesamthöhe von 12,5 mm. Gefertigt aus vakuumtauglichem Aluminium.
