The sample holder is made of solid nickel-plated brass steel. The area for the TEM grids is equipped with a stainless steel grid at the top and bottom. This design ensures that the grids are not damaged during embedding and processing. Thanks to their construction and the choice of materials, the holders are very robust and can withstand all critical conditions. The sample holders can hold up to 12 TEM grids.
