The CMS196V⁴ Stage is an advanced cryo-correlative microscopy system that combines the advantages of fluorescence microscopy (high sensitivity) and electron microscopy (high resolution). It enables the examination of samples at cryogenic temperatures down to -195°C and supports the entire Correlative Light and Electron Microscopy (CLEM) workflow and cryo-super resolution. The stage is optimized for correlative imaging of cryo-EM sample grids using optical microscopy and for a contamination-free transport between fluorescence microscope and cryo-TEM.
