Glutaraldehyde EM Grade. The universal fixative for electron microscopy. Each lot is tested and assayed in a lab before we ship and guarantee its purity. Sealed under dry nitrogen. Refrigerated prior to shipment.

PHEM buffer (PIPES, HEPES, EGTA MgSO4) is ideally suited for the preparation of tissue and cell cultures in immunocytochemical applications. Compared to PBS, it enables superior staining of intracellular antigens while having minimal impact on biochemical reactions and enzyme activity. Additionally, PHEM offers excellent preservation of cellular ultrastructure, especially microtubules, which is crucial for sample preparation for electron microscopy.

Small size (2ml), light-gauge, pre-scored amber glass ampoules. Ampoules containing OsO4 crystals are pre-cleaned and heat sealed in plastic bags to assure a contaminant-free solution.
