The Enhanced Conditioning Solution is a 10x concentrated buffer solution designed to optimize the results of silver enhancement. It is used as a washing medium between immunogold incubation and silver enhancement, helping to preserve sample integrity, especially of delicate samples. It is essential for performing double labeling. Dilute before use.
