Mist filters capture oil mist from the outlet of pumps, which would otherwise be ejected into the atmosphere. The EMF10 mist filter is suitable for use with RV3, RV5 and RV8 pumps with connections DN25KF.
Supplied with NW25 clamp, centering ring and ‘O’ ring, NW25 to 3/4 inch BSP adaptor.

Description
Der Ölnebelfilter EMF10 ist für alle kleinen Drehschieberpumpen wie die RV3, RV5 und RV8 geeignet (bis etwa 20l Saugleistung) mit Anschlüssen DN25KF. Sie erzielen eine Rückhaltung von 99,999 % (nach DOP-Test) und sind darüber hinaus azidfest. Die untere, weiße Gehäusehälfte ist semitransparent und ermöglicht damit eine optische Ölstandskontrolle. Die Filter der Baureihe EMF sind mit einem speziellen Geruchsfilterelement ausgestattet, das Ölnebelgerüche bindet.
Im Ölnebelfilter aufgefangenes Öl kann über eine optional erhältliche Ölrückführung in die Pumpe zurückgeleitet werden. Dabei muss jedoch sichergestellt sein, dass die Prozessgase weder die Pumpe noch das Pumpenöl kontaminieren.
Im Lieferumfang sind Spannklammer DN25KF, Zentrierring und O-Ring sowie ein Adapter von DN25KF auf 3/4" BSP enthalten.
