Sodium Cacodylate is used as a buffer for specimen preparation and fixation in EM and is available as TrihydrateSodium Cacodylate (in sizes of 25g, 100g and 500g) or as the ready-to-use buffer (0.2M, pH 7.4 or 0,4M, pH7,2).
