Features a single entry or exit port and also replaces the Re-Seal plug after centrifugation. A puncturing device can be used for the second entry or exit into the tube.

Recommended for convenient sample recovery from Re-Seal tubes. After centrifugation the plug is removed from the crown and replaced with the 4078 assembly.
