A range of storage boxes are available for prepared samples on TEM grids that have either been fixed purely at cryogenic temperatures (CT) or later embedded at room temperature (RT). These can hold up to 100 samples (RT) or 96 samples (CT) at a time. Long-term storage allows safe preservation for months to years. Unintentional shifting and shaking are prevented by mechanical fixation. The numbering of the grid slots enables individual archiving.
