LUXOR Standard Sample Holder: The LUXOR standard sample holder comes as a standard accessory with every LUXORAu and LUXORPt sputter coater. It is designed to hold up to 7 pin stubs (Ø 12.5 mm) or 3 pin stubs (Ø 25 mm) at the same time. Its user-friendly design features an easily accessible preparation surface and is supported by three elastomer feet for maximum stability. Once your samples are in place, there’s no need to reposition them—making it the perfect choice for reliable and efficient sample preparation. All pin stubs are securely fastened, ensuring they stay in place during the coating process.

LUXOR Sample Holder for Resin-Embedded Samples: This specialized sample holder is ideal for resin-embedded samples with diameters ranging from 25 mm to 40 mm and heights from 10 mm to 50 mm. Samples are securely fixed using three screws, providing a stable and safe hold. The holder is also suitable for coating large or irregularly shaped samples that cannot be mounted directly on a stub.

LUXOR Sample Holder for Cylindrical Stubs: The LUXOR sample holder for cylindrical stubs is specifically designed to accommodate stubs with diameters of 9 mm, 12 mm, and 25 mm—commonly used in HITACHI and JEOL electron microscopes. It offers three positions, allowing for flexible combinations of different stub diameters during the coating process.
