ACLAR® UltRx is a PCTFE homopolymer film. It is successfully used to grow cells, perform high-pressure-freezing (HPF) and as barrier film for embedding. It is sterilizable by heat or radiation.

ACLAR® 33C is a copolymer film consisting primarily of chlorotrifluoroethylene (CTFE). It offers an outstanding moisture barrier, excellent chemical resistance and minimal dimensional change (<2%). It is crystal clear, biochemically inert and free of plasticizers and stabilizers. The film also provides a good basis for cell growth. It is used successfully for high pressure freezing (HPF) and as a flexible barrier for embedding.
