Description

The wide range of observation methods makes B-380 series suitable for routine in Universities, labs and industries. The optical system offers infinity corrected N-Plan objectives with 90% flat field in a 20mm field of view. The unique 100x objectives can be used with oil and water.
The automatic light control (ALC) regulates the light intensity to a constant brightness no matter if the objective or the aperture of the diaphragm is changed. The microscope adjusts the light intensity to the preferred brightness by pressing a button.

The LED fluorescence illuminator is combined with blue and green excitation filter set for the visualization of the following fluorochromes: Acridine Yellow, Acridine Orange, Auramine, DiO, DTAF, FITC, GFP, YFP, etc.
