AI-Module Cell Counting

The AI-based Labscope module “AI Cell Counting” precisely determines the number of adherent cells and cell nuclei in fluorescence microscopy.

The push-button solution delivers reproducible, objective analysis results within seconds without manual parameter adjustments.

Simply capture different areas of your cell culture - the analysis will be performed automatically.

AI-Module Cell Confluency

The AI-based solution automatically determines the confluency level of your adherent cell culture. In combination with the cell counting module, it integrates seamlessly into your workflow and increases efficiency in your lab.
 

AI-Module Cell Counting Chamber

This AI software module detects and counts viable and non-viable cells within a square area. The software automatically identifies the grids of the most common hemocytometers and directly calculates the concentration (cells/ml) for living and dead cells. Differentiation is performed using trypan blue staining.

Module Multi Channel Fluorescence

With the Labscope Multi-Channel Fluorescence (MCF) module, you can easily combine up to 4 fluorescence channels. The system supports up to four fluorescence channels and an additional transmitted light channel. In combination with a smart ZEISS microscope, a single push of a button is all it takes to create a razor-sharp image of your cell or tissue cultures. All settings and parameters are applied automatically.
 

AI-Module Cell Transfection Efficiency

With this AI-based module, you can determine the transfection efficiency of your cells within seconds. Using fluorescence markers, the software also objectively and reproducibly determines the number of transfected cells and the total number of cells in the field of view.  

Module Fast Panorama

Use the Fast Panorama module to effortlessly capture a complete image of your specimen (whole slide image) on your manual microscope. Simply move the microscope stage, and the software seamlessly stitches the individual images together at high speed and image quality to create a precise panorama.

Modul Labscope Teacher

With Labscope Teacher software, you can manage your digital classroom for an interactive teaching and learning environment.  

Basic features include:
